    PRO Version:
Why are only clicks counted, and not WHO has clicked?

Okay, its tracked who opens the email, but not who has clicked the links inside the email. Why

    Hi there,

Email Subscribers plugin provides stats that are relevant in measuring the effectiveness of an email campaign. Since the effectiveness of an email campaign is generally measured in terms of how many open and clicks it has generated, regardless of who opened or clicked the email, therefore the plugin does not show the subscribers who clicked the links inside the email.

It shows the subscribers who opened the email but that is just to reconfirm whether the email got delivered successfully or not.

Therefore currently, this feature isn’t available but we are collecting all such requests from our users and if requested by multiple users then we can reconsider it and will add it into our roadmap.

    Thank you.

I just detected “has opened and clicked” and “has opened and not clicked”. Can you add here a option “copy matching addresses to list X” (List selectable, or new list). Thats no big job for you, right? Its just one further tagging. Then I can see who has clicked and e.g. phone this person, send paper ads, …. (I my case I know most offices where the email belongs to.)

At the moment I have only the possibility to make a new campaign, send email scheduled to the future somewhen, then to detect somewhere in database the queued email, extract them and cancel the campaign. Can you help me how I can extract the email addresses of a queued campaign now?

    tia

PS: next step would be, that I can bind a certain (new) listXY to a link if clicked. Then new lists are generated automatically. “Lists” can be called “tags”, too! So link tracking can tag leads. A simple addon for your plugin, right? No increase of complexity, just a new option that makes your plugin more professional.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for my late reply.

The dynamic segmentation feature would be helpful for you. In this feature, while creating a segment, you can define rules to filter your subscribers dynamically e.g. get all subscribers who have clicked on a particular link in an email. Then the segment will list down all such subscribers matching the rule.

Currently, this feature isn’t yet finalized but we are collecting all such requests and will consider the given feedbacks while developing the feature.

At present, to extract subscribers who have clicked on a link, you may have to opt for a custom code.

    Hope this helps you.

    Thank you.

    ok.
Once again: where are the emails

    saved in database tables

when they are scheduled to be sent future? – I want to extract the emails, then send these persons individual emails, send paper sheeds, call them, etc. I can make a dump of database, then make a diff between database with and without schedules emails. But you already know it, and you can tell it me. I’ve purchased PRO version.

If you purchased the PRO version you ask your questions at the wrong place. This forum is for the free version only.

@okoth1 : Thank you that you tell me that I am “wrong” once again ?? Can you tell me where I am “right”? Thats “Thinking in solutions, so in problems.”

@thread: if export of my leads would export “has clicked” , “has opened” last campaign, then it would be a solution for me, too. Perhaps easy to realise?

    Hi @egerlach,

Can you tell me where I am “right”?

    Sure.

    This part

Thank you that you tell me that I am “wrong” once again ??

    “This part” is right??
Support told me to join a closed fb-group. I just did it.

In fb-group I’ll ask for a “hack” that the emails with filter “link clicked” are not sent to internet but only saved to a file. There I pic out the emails addresses using grep. Thats a solution for me. If somebody here has a solution, then please answer here.

    Hi Eckard,

    Thanks for your confirmation.

Since SQL query solution is working in your case, I am closing this thread.

Feel free to open a new thread, in case if you have any further queries.
