Track volumes degrade terribly in playlist

I built a native WordPress playlist, using the classic editor block. The playlist is comprised of 25 tracks, recorded in my voice, from my phone. They are all similar in volume and quality. Individually, the tracks play great. When I load them into a playlist, the sound quality degrades CONSISTENTLY, starting with track 22 (Lesson 19). This is true on multiple devices and browsers.
Before I built with native WP, I did use a plugin. I experienced the same issues, same tracks. I assumed the problem was with the plugin. To troubleshoot, I deleted and replaced tracks 22-25 (Lessons 19-22). Problem did not go away. It was then that I used native WordPress, expecting the problem to resolve, but it won’t. Help!
