Track users activity with notifications

  • Hello,

    I hope i get answer to my question as i am struggling with it currently.

    I am trying to build a real estate portal using premium theme from wordpress.
    I need a feature where i can track activities of the registered users like which visitor contacted the agent or is the deal done with the agent. In short i need to track the agent activities on the website.

    If a visitor contacts an agent is there a way that the admin gets notified that xyz visitor has send an enquiry to xyz user. Is this possible?

    Yes, you can use wp-crm forms and set up different notifications you mentioned needs. Try it, this is free core functionality of WP-CRM.
