Track Source Page automatically with Contact Form 7

We are using Contact Form 7, and would like to be able to track which page the contact form was completed.

We have 78 pages using this form, and will be adding to this number.After searching online, I have seen a mention of using [sourceurl] but it doesnt seem to work on WP3.5.
On another post it was suggested to create a seperate form for each page, but this is a lot of forms to create
Is there a way to do this automatically?
