• Hello people,

I have a question, I am registering users on my website and I always activate the option to send an email to the new user. Is it possible to have a status of these WP environments for users? I would like to follow up if there was any problem with receiving email. I have some users who report that they have not received email, but my test is ok.
    can anybody help me?

WordPress just hands off the mail to PHP and has no way of knowing it’s been received. It seems to me like you’re saying something like “Raise your hand if you can’t hear me.”

If you use an SMTP plugin, sending through a real email account, you’ll at least receive bounce messages for non-existent email addresses.

    Hello,
Ask your members to see email in their junk or spam folder, sometime there is delay in sending email by wordpress and sometime goes to spam instead of inbox.
    Cheers!

So there is no way to check the delivery of these emails, or was there an error in some sending?

I already asked to check the mailbox and it looks like there is no delivery.

No, there is no way to check delivery. You could do a follow-up email after a day or so, I guess, from your own mail client rather than WordPress.
