• Hi! First of all thank you for this awesome tool. I was wondering, is there a way to track which orders came from follow-up emails in Google Analytics? As i can see, orders can be marked as recovered with or without follow-up emails. I can not see or set up a tracking code for email user interaction in your plugin.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When a user completes the abandonded order by visiting the site again and not from the email, the plugin marks the order as completed to maintain the integrity. There is no differentiation point where you can identify if the user has visited the checkout page through the email link or not.
