“track list” – are you referring to audio tracks?

What feature of WordPress or plugin are you adding tracks to?

Sorry. I’m referring to the plug-in HTML5 jQuery Audio Player.

That does not answer the question. The author did not say a thing. The problem and solution are not what I am looking for.

Second to last post says “Great plugin, suggest adding a drag and drop function to playlist manager to quickly change playlist track order.”

Last post, from the plugin author says “Cool idea about drag n drop playlist manager. Will definitely consider this for later releases. Thanks”

If you want a more direct answer to your original post (“Is there a way to reorder the track list? I am going to be constantly adding tracks but want the latest track to show up first which doesn’t seem to be happening. Is there a way to reorder the list?”), then here it is: No.

Yes, I saw that but was hoping maybe someone had found a way. I’m very new to all of this. Thanks very much for your help. I see I need to find another plug-in for my audio needs.

I didn’t mention an obvious (to me, but maybe not to anyone else) point, for which I apologize: because the post is so recent (last two weeks), it almost certainly means that it is “still true today”.

That is the downside of looking at old support forum posts. Much may have changed if the post is 5 years old.
