I test it and the customer doesn’t get the tracking number. Why not?
    Someone else a solution?

    Hi Nortom,

If the customer complete his e-mail when he ordering, an email from Bpost is sent to indicating him that the parcel XXX is in preparation.

This method only works for domestic shipments. For internationals shipments, this method doesn’t work yet.

For international shipments, you can create a scenario via deeplink : https://bpost.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/74109-track-trace-scenarios-via-deeplink-

Hmm also Belgium customers don’t get a email from Bpost. No track is not professional.
Many customers are asking after the tracking.
    It must be automated.
Strange in Prestashop and Magento no problem.

I have update to the latest version. Do you know of it now send the tracking number to the customer. Or can the customer see in the account? If not shame on you!

    Dear,

A prepration e-mail is sent to the customer (when e-mail is filled-in) once label is printed. This is applicable for home delivery (national). This process is currently under improvment to enlarge it to other delivery methods.
In parallel, we’re preparing the next release scope, a functionnality for tracking will be included.

    Kind Regards
    eSolutions team
