Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having issues. I was able to display the GPX file you provided with no problems, so my guess would be that there is a conflict with your setup.

Please can you provide a link to your site so I can look in to this? Alternatively please check for console errors and provide any here. Systematically disabling other plugins may also help you identify the cause.

You may also want to try manually installing the development version of the plugin (currently 0.9.12-a1) which contains a fix where multiple instances of Leaflet JS (the open source mapping library that Waymark uses) can cause an error. As this release is in development I always recommend a full backup first, especially if testing on a live site!

Thanks for the error messages. The error would indicate that the server does not recognise the file type of the GPX file. This is strange, because on my setup Waymark had no problem with the file you provided.

The only thing I can think of is trying to convert the GPX file into GeoJSON and seeing if that works. If the problem persists then that would point to a problem with your server/PHP install reading the files.

Unfortunately if I can not replicate this on my end it will be very difficult to diagnose. Did you try disabling other plugins one by one to see if the problem persists? If the problem is caused by a conflict with another plugin, I can try to use that to replicate the issue.

thanks for the quick reply, I checked KML and GDB files as well and not working also..

Unfortunately that makes it sound like a problem with your setup reading the files. Please do let me know if you discover a conflict.

On the WP setting side you can add file endings which can be uploaded. Just added there gpx and it is now working!

Interesting, this is not something I was aware of as I don’t believe it comes as standard with WordPress. Do you know if your theme or a plugin adds this feature? If not, the name of your theme and a list of your active plugins would be useful.

Waymark adds support for uploading GPX/KML/GeoJSON file types, so if this is being modified elsewhere that could be the route of the problem. If I can identify it then I can try to fix this for other users.
