Track duplicates?

    Hi all,
    I am launching a subscription service program soon and looking for an inventory management plugin that will track to make sure duplicate products are not shipped to the customer. Meaning the receive product in January, our staff do not accidentally sent them the same product again in April. Is this something ATUM can do?

    Sorry, but I think that is something you can achieve with WooCommerce and its order management.

    ATUM works with WooCommerce to make Inventory Management easier.

    The issue there is the product shows up in the ‘store’. We dont want the product showing in the store as its not for individual sale. The only thing in the store is the subscription plans.

    Hi there,

    you should be able to hide the product with WooCommerce product Settings. Not something ATUM does.
