Track Downloads of Resume on Google Analytics

I’m using this theme as a personal portfolio. Google Analytics is already setup for basic stuff like page views, users, etc.

Similar to the theme demo, I have a link to download my resume in the Feature Slider Selection, button two. I’d like to be able to track the downloads in Google Analytics. Most suggestions I find online are to add a piece of javascript to the button. I’m not sure how to access the javascript for the button though. Anyone know how to do this? Or have alternate suggestions?
