track downloads?

Is it possible to use filebird to:

– Allow a download of a particular file, only after someone adds their details (name & email address)
– Collect this data in the back end (for use in Mailchimp or similar in the future)
– Allow this method for various file downloads across different pages on the website.
– Record the number of downloads per document/download

If the above is not possible with FB, are there any possible solutions that anyone can suggest?
