Traces of remote plugins remain in the database

Why urls of removed plugins are not removed from the database table wp_psninja_urls?
How to do it right?

These URLs are also specified in the Manage Javascript URLs and Manage CSS URLs sections and hence the plugin will try to optimize them, although they are actually deleted. Hence the errors that occur.
