Tournament Registration Module

Heyas …

I am looking for (or someone to build) a plugin where people can register for a tournament and that once registered will show that registration on the site.

Flow would be like:

1. Login to WP site
2. Select registration link
3. Open registration page
4. Fill in all needed fields:
Karate Organization
Adress (street, postal code, city, country, telephone, mail)
Name coach (can be up to 6 coaches)
Name/Age/Kyu(this is the level of the contender)/Male/Female
(Best would be to be able to create these from an admin module)
5. Once submitted, the registration info should be shown for 1 last time in an overview from where it can be finally submitted or editted again.
6. As soon as the last submit has been done the overview should be mailed to the registrant AND to the website admin (or selected person).
7. It should have a status “In progress”.
8. As soon as the website admin chooses so he can set the status from “in progress” to “final” or “declined”.
9. With the status change a pop-up should show with the option to mail the registrant about the changed status.
10. Every overview that has the status “Final” should be shown to all registered visitors by selecting a “Show all” option.
11. Once final a registrant can no longer edit the information.

Please let me know if someone is willing to create this.
