Tour won’t load in Elementor nested tab

I just had a look at your page and found the tour is loading.

We do have support for the Elementor tabs in the plugin.

Can you please explain to us the issues you’re facing on tours embedded in Elementor tabs?

You can also give us the screenshots of the issues or error messages you found on the page.

Thank you, @jahirchowdhury. I appreciate your response. It wasn’t working yesterday but maybe it was a caching issue. Looks like we’re good.

@jahirchowdhury, I’m sorry for bothering you again but I seem to still be running into the same issue on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

If select the full-screen viewport, it loads the image. If I close full-screen, it stays. But until I select full-screen, it won’t load.

We have tested the tour page on both Chrome and Firefox and here is what we found on these two browsers: https://prnt.sc/1171u64

The tour is not loading at all right now so the fullscreen option is not working.

Can you please have a look if the image is still there in your Media folder?

This issue usually occurs when the image is missing from the Media folder or the image access is restricted.

You can also try to publish this tour using shortcodes ?on a test page without any tabs or accordions and see if it works there.

Let us know any updates on these, we’ll have a look.
