    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I have a problem, from time to time my website crashes and I only get a few links … one of them is “skip to content”, then an email address and links to social networks. What is wrong? Where did I go wrong?

    Hi @x3mwoman,

    Sorry to hear about the issues noticed. Seems like the website is loading fine at the moment, so it’s tough to say on what might have caused the issue specifically to pinpoint what went wrong. Could we know how did you manage to bring the website back online when the issue occurred?

    Was it by clearing the cache? If yes, maybe the issue occurred due to “Clear full cache when post/page is updated” not enabled? The mentioned setting can be found under Hummingbird > Caching > Page Caching > Settings. If it wasn’t enabled, maybe you could check and see whether keeping it enabled helps such an issue from occurring.

    Also please make sure “File Change Detection” is set to “Automatic” under Hummingbird > Caching > Settings.

    The above should help with ruling out if its something caused due to cache. Please do let us know how that goes.
