sorry i don’ t get it

    in xml i found 169 occurences of -1 value…

but in woo backend and bulk edit plugin i see not even one -1 price (including check for variations prices…)

so what to check & how?

_price is hidden. For regular products its set based on regular or sale price.

For variable products its set based on the cheapest variation.

    ok

i still not quite get it, what to check & where?

i assume it is all messed up, so maybe i have to delete all products and re-import them

this situation is going beyond my patience really

if u have a useful advice plz share it with me

    thx

Look at the PRICES OF THE VARIATIONS within a broken -1 product. The ID I gave earlier.

    (@tasoskoukhotmailcom)

    the variations prices of 18013 are 16,5 & 18

only issue i found is that 16,5 was not editable because it should be 16.5 (decimal sign) so i actually made it 16.5, but nothing else was solved after that

so could this issue: , vs . (as a decimal point in actual price values) causes this issue?

    thx

If you export again, has the price changed at all for that row? I can look again if you send.

    Thread Starter Tasos Koukouvitis

    (@tasoskoukhotmailcom)

yes the price has changed in both front & backend from 16,5 to 16.5 for this product

but how is that helping us? does it mean that prices imported (or converted through woo version upgrade) with wrong decimal point so now have to be “converted back” from , to .

think that this might be the cause?

    Plugin Contributor Mike Jolley (a11n)

    (@mikejolley)

If you imported products with the wrong decimal, it will cause other issues. e.g. 16,5 would be evaluated to 16. Perhaps you didn’t notice before.

When importing using a CSV etc, import using ‘.’. WC will convert to ‘,’ when displaying the prices if you set it up that way.

    hello,

is there a “smart & easy” way to replace ‘,’ with ‘.’ in woo product prices
(w/o deleting products & re-importing them from new .csv)

    thx

Hi Mike Jolley, thank you for the very good job of yours
i have tha problem that when i put more than 20 varations it dosenth work, when i delete some and get it under 20 its all fine
i am sorry if you have reply to this problem to another post. can you help me?

    @papadakis,

The issue you are having should be resolved in version 2.4.4.

Check your personal setup, including all WooCommerce php scripts by comparing the templates (i.e. the standard WooCommerce templates, as provided with the installation of WooCommerce) with the templates actually used.

Note that usage of a third-party theme also requires to check the templates included in the theme: they are often not up-to-date.

Try to start with having a look at the System Status Report, under “Dashboard > WooCommerce > System Status”, in specific the field “Templates”.

    Kind regards…

Tasos; I don’t think there is a ‘safe’ way of doing this – you could use an SQL query but I think it would be safer to do a CSV export and merge.

If you do use SQL, you need to do the replacement in _regular_price _price and _sale_price meta.

@trialotto thx for your reply. I installed the v2.4.4 of WC and I use the nirvana theme v 1.1.1 . I also read somewhere that you can increase the limit of 20 variations but I don’t know how. Also the system status seems to be fine no red anywhere. Maybe its suhosin. The system status says that it was replaced. I don’t know. I have an insurance office and I would like to give for one let’s say car insurance of 1000cc 4 different prices. One simple one with class break one with road help and one with both class break and road help. With the 3 ways of duration and 5 areas of Greece that’s make us 60 different varations. Please help me what to do
