Totally login screen

I developed an HTML/CSS screen to be my login screen and after creating it (this is the screen https://goo.gl/2AzauR), I thought it will be easy to convert it from (regular screen: https://goo.gl/CBEkKG) to the one I created
More over I tried many many plugins and tweaks for this
I tweaked CSS style file using different plugins, in the image bellow:-https://tinypic.com/r/s4b8mb/8
Now I need some help to know how can I convert my CSS/HTML to be website login page and exactly the same as https://goo.gl/2AzauR
