Totally broken

Uses an older add_inline_js method which is gone in WooCommerce 2.3. Had to replace with wc_enqueue_js, which allowed me to get to checkout screen, but orders processed with this gateway are stuck in Pending with no confirmation from BrainTree. This used to work great, but has definitely broken at some point.
