• Using Pantheon as a server so it gives 3 environments the site lives in, dev – test – live.

Noticed the plugin was blank on the live site (not even the “not enough data” will show) https://www.digportland.com but not on development so something that was entered is effecting it somehow. I pushed the “files” and “database” from live to development and the widget disappeared like on the live site.

We have a 2nd website that the widget is still working https://www.digboston.com

Something had to have ben changed in the wordpress back end for this to happen I’d imagine but none of the settings were changed. There were no other plugins or code added because you can only do that on development and push it live.

The only thing I can imagine would be that someone made a post and something is conflicting but I am a newb when it comes to this so I cannot figure it out.

When “inspecting element” I noticed the list items do not show.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the late reply.

Noticed the plugin was blank on the live site (not even the “not enough data” will show) https://www.digportland.com but not on development so something that was entered is effecting it somehow. I pushed the “files” and “database” from live to development and the widget disappeared like on the live site.

That sounds like a fatal PHP error right there. The widget will always output something -as you already know- so this is a sign that something went really bad there. Can you check the error logs?

P.S.: currently https://www.digportland.com seems to be down?
