Total word – translation – new order e-mail

Hi @matteoooo, Those should be in woocommerce .po files because those files and emails are handled by WOO not us, Please check under woocommerce translation files and translate them.

I didn’t find theses texts on Woocommerce .po file ??

These texts seems to be in english in the database for example here what I have in PHPmyadmin :
(44, 4, ‘Total Words’, ’36’),
(45, 4, ‘Total Characters’, ‘256’),
(46, 4, ‘File Name’, ‘XXX.docx’)

Did you find where I can translate the texts ?
Maybe when datas are inserted in database ? Just tell me where it is, I will do it myself.

Sorry for delay in getting back to you, well they are in the files and also in .pot and .po file as well. I was able to translate some but few still pending that is because of some new updates in wordpress translation rules and we are not getting chance to get this one update to those . We are still very much positive and motivated about this project and will be releasing an update soon about this plugin.

Translating the plugin po file causes faulty behavior in counting. It counts chars instead of words. And I cannot translate all of it. Some parts remain as if I didn’t translated them, ie “For () – () Words, Price is”

Hi @pazarbasifatih, Can you provide me a screenshot of where you are seeing those strings untranslated?

– “price per word range” cannot be translated
– “remove file” cannot be translated
we translated the price ranges with a plugin other than Loco because even it couldn’t see them.

@pazarbasifatih Thanks for the feedback, I have added this to our backlog and will get translation tested and updated in a future release.
