Total Visitors and Pageviews

    Hello, today my Koko Analytics has been stopped. I can only see realtime pageviews and pages but not total visitors and total pageviews. What should i do?

    Hey @bertanuzun,

    Are you using the latest version? If yes, can you please check your browser console and let us know if you see any error there?

    Seems to be a conflict with the WP-DarkMode plugin in my case. Disabling and re-enabling the dark mode in the backend fixed the broken cumulative stats, but the error persists (so I imagine the cumulative scores may be frozen again).

    Hi I have the same problem (only on chrome) since the update in the last version. But I have no conflict with any plugins.

    Tried to delete the cache. On Desktop as well.

    And than I changed the browser. It seems as it is only on chrome browser. Chrome must have also updated some weeks ago. I had also problems on an website with ssl errors, I didnt had on other browser.

    update:

    visited pages are shown correctly I noticed. When I count these, it is the count I get shown on mozilla or other browsers. So for me it is only the overall numbers of visitors und hits on the top of the analytics page.
