Total Upkeep Scheduled Backups not happening

    I setup Total Upkeep to backup every Sunday, but it has not performed a backup since I set it up other than when I clicked the backup button manually.

    Hi Rito,

    Sorry to hear about the problem getting schedules backups to work, we will do everything we can to help you get those functioning as expected!

    Could you run the Preflight Check on your website and send us the results from the Cron section in that report?

    Total Upkeep allows you to use one of two schedulers to create scheduled backups, Cron and WP Cron, and it is possible that there is something interfering with the currently selected scheduler.

    Hopefully the results of that test give us an idea of where the problem is coming from and please let us know if you have any additional questions for us while we work on this!
