I think what is happening is they have either a time limit, or they are being overridden by other items; when we look at them we get the message of nothing is here
.
So that we do not continue to have a lot of back and forth, give us these things:
– the city/state/country the shop Base Address is in (not the physical street, the city/state/country can work)
– The tax Status (inclusive/exclusive) when going to WooCommerce > Tax
– If it is set to Automated Taxes
or Not Automated Taxes
(If you do not see this in the Tax settings area, just let us know it is not there)
– One or Two of your settings in the Standard Tax
rate area. (Country, Tax %, shipping applicable, etc).
If you can get us this information, we can test on a staging site of our own and see if we can duplicate the issue. If we cannot, we can share screens of what we have on our side with you, and perhaps help narrow it down.
