I’ve visited your store, but it doesn’t allow my to add products to the cart – the buy button doesn’t seem to be working properly. Are you aware of this?

I’d first recommend checking for theme/plugin conflicts by following the steps described here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Please let us know how it goes. Once that’s fixed, we can move onto troubleshooting the tax issue.

All my prodcuts except for one are affiliated products that you can buy through ebay.

The only product that can be added to the cart is “22, otra vez“.

However, it is password protected, since I am not ready to sell it yet.

Did you run the conflict test as recommended by Maykato? Did it make a difference?

Is there any Tax class for the affiliate products? If so you can send us a screenshot of its settings?

I just run the conflict test and I couldn’t find the problem.

I read the section about “Drop-ins and must-use” and I don’t have any “Drop-ins” plugins. I only have two “Must-Use” plugins. Could these plugins be the cause of the problem?

It’s hard to say what’s causing the issue without reproducing it.

It sounds like a staging site would be a good idea at this point. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can then, disable everything except for the WooCommerce and set up a test product, just like the protected one, so you can double-check if the issue persists.

You can also share with us your staging site, with the test product, so we can try to reproduce it on our end too.

It looks like you are using the WP Staging plugin to create a staging site. This plugin is good for testing sites yourself – only administrators can access the staging site, and we are unable to access it.

If your hosting company offers staging functionality, you may want to try copying the site to that environment. That way, we’ll be able to access your staging site.

OR, is it possible to temporarily disable the password protection for 22, otra vez so we can check the product on your live site?

I have the “Temporary Login Without Password” plugin installed. I can give you access to both, my live site and my staging site like that. However, I would need an email address for that.

Let me know if this works. If so, what would be the best email address I could use? Also, do you need access to both sites? And, what type of role do you need?
