Total / Shipping fee recalculate issue

If I change the shipping method(the same zone) on checkout page, the total doesn’t recalculate based on the new selected shipping method. (It works fine on cart page.)
ps.For testing: two different postcode/zip : 106 & 880.Thanks for your attention on this.

I had a look at the site, but you need an account to view the checkout page and the I do not have an account button is not working to register a new one.
However, on the cart page the total does recalculate correctly;
