Total shares not showing on all posts

Same here. Our Social Counts don’t really seem to be working. We don’t show them on the frontend but view them through the ALL Posts list. Usually we see anywhere from 500 – 2k per post. Now they are mostly 0 or in the single digits.

I am having exactly the same issue, on the post I published 2 weeks ago, it took 3 days to display the shares but on the latest one I published 3 days ago, still no shares… I have checked and it should display at least 11. Contacted support about it probably 10 days ago. Still waiting to hear back….

So I understand it’s a known issue?

I downgraded to 2.3.5 and everything works perfectly again. I’m going to stay here until all the bugs are worked out of the 3.x release. Somewhat of a disappointing upgrade experience for a premium plugin.

Please be on the lookout for 3.0.9 which should be released tomorrow morning and should resolve the remaining issues that people are experiencing.

I did update but it didn’t change anything. Still not showing my latest shares. (Actually not even showing the counter)

Nope nothing here but last time after3 days I finally saw the total shares and that was it. It never showed up again so maybe that’s what you are experiencing. Last 2 posts have no counter showing and backend shows 00 share.

I tested with my own pinterest count and nothing appears…
The plugin still doesn’t work ??

Sorry to hear! It stopped Working on my end about 2 weeks go. I have almost given up and will probably end up deleting this plugin. That’s a shame since I paid to have the pro version… I have activated UTM parameters and not many people seem to click on the buttons anyway so I guess it was a thing like 5 years ago but not so much these days. Or maybe it’s not being recorded since the counts don’t work.

Hello, sorry but no change after the last update 3.1 and now the total share disappeared !
I tested and changed settings several times but nothing changed : the total number of shares no longer appears. That’s a pity…

Well — Actually I am still missing some. On at least 3 posts that all went out in June so unsure is plugin is still catching up or not. Shares are showing on my 3 most recent posts though and then it’s not showing on the next 3.

Has this issue been completely resolved with the latest update? Any issues from anyone with total share not showing? I’m thinking of updating, but don’t want to if this isn’t completely fixed.
