Total Sent To you Amount does not match the balance on my Blockchain-Adress

    Dear GoUrl-Support,

    my GoUrl – Account Name is [email protected] (6ccav).

    In my GoUrl-Dashboard it tells me, that there have been a total of 1.42506756 BTC transferred to my external BTC-Adress 38P82mDZvbrqMWiEyVx27MG7qMADfBxWRT.

    But as you can see from above Blockexplorer-Link (https://blockchain.info/address/38P82mDZvbrqMWiEyVx27MG7qMADfBxWRT), only 1.12578203 BTC have definitely arrived on my external BTC-Adress.

    I also accept other Crypto-Currencies with my GoUrl-Account and with them, the balance is ok. Just the BTC-Balance sent/received is wrong.

    What can be the reason? It would be nice if you could repay the missing BTCs.
