Total Rubbish. ZERO stars if I could.

  • This plugin (the paid version) used to work pretty well, with only occasional hiccups here and there which were pretty easy to fix.

    It is now completely unusable.

    And moreover, the built in “contact support” feature doesn’t work, nor is there a visible way to contact support from the Webfactory site.

    Buyers beware. This is a waste of time and a ripoff.

    Good morning,

    The product’s website has a contact page that contains:
    a) a direct email address
    b) a contact form (which def works as we get at least 100 spam emails a day)
    c) chat/contact widget

    The company’s website has all of that as well.

    So, if you wanted to contact us – you could have.

    The plugin doesn’t work? Absolutely possible! It has bugs, it has compatibility issues with other plugins – it’s imperfect like any other piece of software.

    Our support successfully deals with those issues every day for all of our customers that contact us and let us help them.
