Total price amount changes after changing order to “Completed”

Hello support,
I have a strange bug using the plugin YITH Woocommerce Gift Cards. Everything works as expected including the purchase process.
However once I try to use the gift card to buy a product, it works correctly as well – the order is created in stage of “Processing” with the correct price total (Product price – gift card amount). When I change the order status to “Completed” (once the shipment is ready), the total price amount changes and ignores the gift card value (Product price – 0).
This creates a mess in the invoicing system (it should be invoiced for the same amount as the customers pays).
Have you encountered such issue?
