Total Price after availability check

Hi,

first of all, I really like the plugin.
My problem is that the total price shown after the availability check is not considering mandatory extra costs.
I read that there is no workaround to calculate it correctly.
Therefore I propose to rename it e.g. into base price.
Best would be if this Name would be customizeable.
