Total novice needs a bit of advice

I have a few problems with my new blog and really need someones help.

OK
1. I just downloaded a plugin called “random-anti-spam” uploaded it to wp-content\plugins and it isn’t appearing in my admin interface. Anyone have any ideas?

2. Just downloaded google analytics for wordpress from Joost de Valk and I don’t know how to install it. Where do I put it?

3. I set the wordpress account up and there are no other users yet a colleague of mine is receiving the comment emails from wordpress. In “users” in the admin interface it shows only me with our website. How possibly can my colleague receive emails about the comments?

4. Does anyone know how I can change the order of my posts in just one category? In fact knowing how to change the order of posts, make one always stay at the top etc would be really useful.

If anyone has any answers to these comments I would be so greatfull!
