Total not calculated correctly

  • I have several issues please help
    1. Sales tax is calculated on base price itself and the SHOP shows all prices with Sales Tax rather adding at checkout.
    2. Same thing with Shipping, I have created a shipping method, when you select from drop down shipping cost already adds sales tax and show in drop down.
    3. Totals incorrect and no update cart button.

    Example: After adding to cart page shows
    Unit price 10.79
    quantity 1
    Total 9.97

    Proceed with show cart, page shows

    price 9.97
    tax 0.81
    drop down for shipping (3.24 instead of 2.99)
    when selected shipping 3.24

    total on the page show 9.97 (sales tax and shipping not added at all)

    Once I process to paypal, all breakdowns are correct on paypal page

    Last issue
    Cancel order from paypal, does not return to business page

    These look highly confusing to users, Please HELP!!
