Hi Planso! Love the plugin. I’m having a slight problem making the form look right though… I’m using SiteOrigin’s page builder and inserting a text widget into the “contact us” row. Inside this text widget I’m using the shortcode for the contact form I built using your plugin. When I view the page, the form doesn’t look right. The “addon” block next to the input is missing, the alignment is strange, and overall, it just doesn’t look near as good as the it did inside the form editor. You can see it here:

https://www.aquacraft.com, all the way down at the bottom. Is there a better way of including the form in the website? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Never mind. I just re-included the bootstrap CDN inside the text widget and it now looks fine. Thanks anyways!

    Hi chewner,

instead of including the bootstrap cdn you can also just activate the “Include special Bootstrap Stylesheet” option under additional settings. This will register the appropriate files for you.

    Cheers
