• I chose this ecommerce solution because it allows payments using QBMS. I have bought the premium version twice as well as the payments add-on plugins. There have been problems which slowly get fixed with updates, but individual customers seem to be of NO CONCERN to

    There is no up-to-date documentation and my repeated requests for information have never been answered.

    I’m willing to pay for support but I won’t pay $99 until the author communicates with me.

    So far this has been a very poor experience.

    Thanks for your purchases, and apologies that you’ve run into issues. However, I am confused. I woke up this morning and have two emails from you sent 2 hours apart, and then I find this review here. I can find no other emails from you, so I am wondering if you’ve been emailing from a different email address. I understand you’re having issues, but a 1 star review confuses me when I haven’t had the opportunity to reply to your emails. Hopefully you will find my emails informative enough to change your review on 4 years of worth of my coding. Thanks.
