Total items to show problem

  • Hello,

    Although I defined 20 in the “Total items to show” field, it shows a maximum of 10.

    what could be the reason for this?

    Hi @aga2442,

    I guess you are in ticker mode. In that case, can you please check what is the no. of ticker items under the “Display” tab? Can you please set it to 20.

    display type: is in normal mode.

    I don’t want this feature.

    Total items to show in the General section: 20.

    but even so it shows at most 10 content.

    note: when I enter any number 10 or below, it appears normally. for example: If I type 8, 8 content appears.

    Can you please confirm if the RSS feed has 10+ items?

    As I said before, 20 is active in the Total items to show area. but only 10 content appears on the page.

    Hi @aga2442,

    I guess you are confused. I meant the number of items in the “RSS feed URL”. Does the feed have more than 10 feed items? Only when the RSS feed itself has 10+ items, the reader can show.

    Please share the RSS feed URL if you need help finding the count.
