Total image count for post includes all images in all galleries on webpage

Hello,
I am having a problem with lightbox counting the total number of photos in a gallery.
Lightbox actually counts ALL photos from all galleries in the webpage. If I drill down into the post, it displays the total number of images for that post correctly, but when I go to the main page, it adds all images from all posts on that page.
My website is henrygomez.com.au. If i click on a photo on my website, lightbox pops up and shows me “image 20 of 119” – but I only have 28 images in that post. I would like to see “image 20 of 28”.
If I drill down into the post, lightbox counts the correct number of images in that post i.e. “20 of 28” – see https://henrygomez.com.au/2013/07/esquire-male-grooming-salon/
Also, in the main page view, if I click “next” on the last image of a post, it automatically loads the first image of the next post.
How bizarre!
