• Did not work for me. You can type in any six digits and it lets you log in. I’ve tried it multiple times without opening my authenticator app!

  • Hi, that is very strange because many are using this plugin without an issue. You might have a conflict somewhere in your site with either a plugin or your theme.

@mloveday5, please be more careful before you accuse and insult people. The guy who created this plugin has probably spent hundreds of hours building it and helping people use it, all for free.

There might be a bug, but there’s no fraud happening here. None.

After installing/activating the plugin, did you browse to your profile and configure it for your specific user account? Installing it isn’t enough, each user has activate it for their own account.

If you have a Multisite installation, is the plugin activated network-wide, or only on individual sites?

If you temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to one of the default themes, are you still able to login with an incorrect code, or does it only happen when those other plugins/themes are active?

After activating the plugin on your user profile page, did you remember to push the save button at the bottom of the screen ?

I did. I followed the steps outlined in the installation guide. Thinking I may have done something wrong, I deactivated and reactive the plugin and it still allowed me to login with any random string of characters.

Do you have other security plugins enabled ?
Could you perhaps email me a list of your currently installed/active plugins ?

The only other security Plugin I use is Wordfence. I’ll email you what I use.

That’s probably the reason, Wordfence also has a hook into the authentication process.

@mloveday5 perhaps you could reword your review because the plugin does work. It is a plugin conflict and not a Fraud as you stated.

    Kind regards

@mbrsolution. I don’t know how to edit my original post. While it may not be a fraud, I can’t speak to it’s ability to work. It does not work for me.

Did you carry out a plugin compatibility check. For example did you disable all plugins except this one and then carried out a test? This would determine if this plugin has a conflict with another plugin in your site. As per @henrik Schack instructions above it seams that your security plugin might be the culprit.

I have been using this plugin with All In One WP Security for a few years without any issues.

In regards to editing the review, you should simple be able to edit the review screen. I have change my reviews many times ??

If you need more help, please let me know.

It must be a day ending in the letter “Y”.

“Fraud” is unfounded and really over the top. @mloveday5 you can edit your review via this link.

You call “Fraud” on a plugin due to your own incompetence ??
Please leave your comment, it backfires nicely.
