I’m having an issue where my payment confirmation emails are not pulling in the correct total for the invoice when using the %total% wildcard. This appears to only pull in the subtotal into the email. Shipping and Tax are not included in this. Is this an issue, or is there another wildcard I can use that will pull in the full total that was paid including tax and shipping?

Hmm, it sounds like it could be a bug. Are you using any of our paid extensions (like Discounts and Partial Payments, Deposit Invoices, etc.), or just the main Sliced Invoices plugin? Also are you using the most up-to-date version?

Yeah, I’m up to date. I’m also using your Better URLs and PDF Email plugins. However, I’m pretty sure I had this issue when just using the stand alone plugin.

@slicedinvoices, an even worse bug is that the payment that’s getting processed on PayPal’s end isn’t including tax or shipping either. It looks like the total is right when you’re paying, but the amount PalPal actually charges is just the subtotal. I’ve had to shut the site down until this gets resolved. Do you have an ETA for the bug fix?

Since you’ve opened a support ticket as well let’s continue the conversation there for the moment… I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue yet on my end but if you send me a link to your site on the ticket I’ll take a look asap.
