I am sorry for any issue you may have encountered with the W3 Total Cache. We would be more than happy to help you with the configuration, however, I do not see that any support topic was opened for this problem.
W3 Total Cache is the most complete and advanced optimization solution that offers users a lot of freedom for settings and optimization.
This being said the best configuration for your site might not involve enabling minify, database caching, and other things that you might expect. As a matter of fact, it can actually hurt performance by implementing features for the wrong situation.
As a fellow developer, you can understand that a lot of work, time, and passion was involved in this plugin, and we would appreciate it if you could share any specific issues that you have encountered, so we can make sure that we have a use case, and document any issues.
We are always working on improving the W3 Total Cache so we would like to be able to replicate the problem, and it would be great if you could share more information, like the server type, website URL, etc., and this way we would be able to assist you with the configuration.
