Total Cart Products Rule not working

    Hi I have install this plugin on my website, I have set up some rules based on total products in the cart (For example the shipping cost the first 2 products is $1500MXN but above 2 until 6 is $2500 MXN) unfortunally this doesn′t seem to work because only the first rule is applied (and is the only showed up) even when I add more items to the cart.
    I already checked for the ‘group by’ settings and even when I set this to ‘Nothing’, but this doesn′t make a change, can you help me?
    (BTW: Sorry if my english is not very accurate, I am from Mexico but I hope that you can understand me)

    Hi @ojag95, sorry for the delay!

    The group-by option must be set to “All grouped as one”, then the products quantity will be compared with the whole cart at once.

    If this not solve your issue, please, activate the log system and paste here the rules export and the log, then I can see what happens
