Total calculation not shown in mail

Hi there,
I’m setting up a form to make a appointment for a service. In that form user can select several service options. There’s a calculation made and shown on the formpage. But when I receive the mail , the total costs says, 0.00 while there are several options chosen.
What to I have to do, so that I can see the total costs in the mail that I receive, so I can charge the costumer with their choices?
