    Hi,
thanks for this plugin, so far it looks brilliant.

I have an issue though that I can’t get to the bottom of.
In Checkout Settings > Require Terms of Service on signup? the box that should have the TOS is always empty on the front end.
In my case, the page is Terms and Conditions, and it does say Terms and Conditions above the box, and it also says below the box “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”, but the actual box is blank.

I have selected lots of different pages in the dropdown, and each time the heading above the box changes to the correct page title, and the line below the box always reflects the page selected, it always says “I agree to the (page selected)”. All the pages have content, but the box is always empty.

    Any ideas on this?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing here.

I haven’t been able to replicate this issue on my end, what version of Paid Memberships Pro are you using?

Do you have a custom checkout page template that was either done by you or come bundled with your theme?

    Hi,
    I am using PMP 2.6.11
I have the Pro theme by theme.co, but I am using the standard Checkout page as generated by the plugin – mysite/membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=…

I should have said earlier, I don’t think this was like this previously or I would have noticed it. The site is not live yet but I have done a lot of testing and tweaking and I’m sure this has only happened since the last update.

    Thanks again.

Thanks for the feedback, I haven’t been able to replicate this issue. Can you confirm all your pages are published and not been drafted or another status?

Do you have any custom CSS running on your site that may be hiding the page’s content of the Terms of Service area?

You may also deactivate all plugins except Paid Memberships Pro and set your theme to the default TwentyTwentyOne theme temporarily to see if this issue persists. If you need assistance in troubleshooting this further, I recommend reaching out to a local WordPress developer as it seems to be a site specific issue.
