    Tortuga home page layout sometimes showing single post after update. I selected 2-post layout, but sometimes it shows 2-posts and other time one post. It keeps on change by itself. When it shows single post, at that time, it also displays post meta even though they are disabled in customization. Please suggest. Thank you.

  • I am having a similar problem. My colors are changing back to the original ones every time there is an update.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Tortuga.

    Please note that WordPress Core replaces all theme files every time you update the theme. You should therefore not edit the theme files directly for customizations, because every update will override your modifications.

    WordPress knows the concept of child themes to make modifications to themes. If you only want to make some small CSS customizations, you can also add them on Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
