topup recharge issue with Arabic

Hello,
I have having a problem in recharging the wallet , the transfer works fine , but the topup meaning recharging the wallet works only in the English language it doesn’t work in the Arabic language, i think the cart get emptied and i am not sure why i sent this issue to wpml too so they can inspect it too.
