Topping of Wallet Credits is using credits

    Hey folks,

    whenever I use the option: “If a purchase requires more balance than you have in your wallet, then if checked the wallet balance will be deduct first and the rest of the amount will need to be paid.”
    …then a user upgrading his Credits, while still having credits, is paying with credits. That should ideally not be.
    Credits should always be only paid with external payment gateways.

    Our usecase: when people using credits they dont have to pay payment fees. So i encourage them to make a bigger topup, but that makes it complicated, because if a user has 20 credits on his account, he needs to upgrade 40€ because 20€ are deducted from the credits.

    Would be great to get a fix for this in soon.

    In this plugin you cannot use wallet credit while you recharge your wallet so I am not able to understand your query property.

    Hi Subrata, I’m having the same problem. When the user have 4€ in the wallet (e.g.), and he wants to topup 10€, the result would be 14€, but the wallet show to the user 6€ to pay.

    Is like if the wallet asked “What do you want to have in the wallet?” and you said 10€. Then the wallet would complete with the remaining 6€.

    You know what I mean?

    I have deactivated the “If a purchase requires more balance than you have in your wallet, then if checked the wallet balance will be deduct first and the rest of the amount will need to be paid.” option.

    With this option activated is the same.
