• I have raised several more technical issues in a short period of time. These topics were often quickly marked as solved with no real solution. The focus seems to be on quickly marking topics as solved. That’s a shame, because I’d rather put some time and energy into improving this plugin. We are satisfied with the services of SiteGround, but I am not very happy with the handling of the issues and topcis. I therefore rate this plugin with 2 stars and hope that we will not run into too many issues in the future.

    I am sorry that you feel this way. Our team puts a lot of effort in addressing all reported issues and fixing them. While we mark issues as solved, feature requests are a different story. We can’t just put into production every recommendation without evaluating it and considering it within the big picture of our plugin development. It’s normal for such cases to be closed, marked as solved even if not applied and released immediatelly.

    Let it be clear that the SiteGround team responds very quickly to topics. But I’d rather wait a little longer for a substantive response. And I also understand that some things need to be thought through. But if you look at the handling of certain issues, I think there is room for improvement. Hopefully you see that too, nevertheless keep up the good work.
