Topics and Buttons Don't Work After Updating WP Version

    On my site https://test.discoversoccer.info you will see a “Topics” heading on the right sidebar and several topic listings on a menu near the top.

    The menu on the right used to show a listing of all the topics when it was moused-over. The menu on top used to show more choices when the appropriate category was selected.

    I recently updated my site from an older version of WP (exact version unknown) to 3.2.1. When I did, the features I just described “broke”.

    Please help me fix them.
