    Hi @sflwa,

    Yes, but only when editing via the admin screen. Check the ‘Send Notifications’ checkbox before clicking update and everyone will be notified.

    Thanks for the quick reply – The issue I’m trying to address is that I have a message board on a site (we are migrating from a single thread system) with moderators who check messages as they come in – the concern is if someone edits their own post the moderator won’t know to review the updated content.

    You can try limiting the amount of time posts are editable (like keep it around 5 minutes) and have the moderators only approve content after the edit time is over.

    You can get bbpnns to trigger notifications to moderators upon edit, but only with some custom code.

    Ok – Thanks – I’ll see – The “Moderators” are not approving each entry as they are more so just monitoring the forum

    I didn’t even realize the editing is limited to 5 minutes by default that in itself may solve the issue.
