Topic not appearing in Buddypress.org support using www.remarpro.com login

I do not know whether i should direct this here.

I cannot seems to make a topic at buddypress support. The topic simply does not come out whether it is a new topic or a new reply.

I waited for 2 days for my first topic submission ( i thought maybe i need moderation) but still it says I have no topics. Just now I tried again submit and make replies, still nothing comes out…

I cannot find other ways to contact buddypress.org…

Help please anyone? cos there are a buddypress issue i needed some help with…
